How does "unlimited design" work?
You can submit as many requests as you like, and we'll work on them one at a time (or two, on the Professional plan). There's no limit to the number of requests per month.
What is the delivery time for each item?
Each request is delivered within 48 business hours. More complex materials such as e-books may take a little longer, but you will be notified beforehand.
What if I don't like the result?
We'll make as many revisions as necessary until you approve. It's included in the plan at no extra cost.
Can I pause or cancel the service?
Yes. You can pause your subscription whenever you want and reactivate it later. You can also cancel at any time.
What types of files do I receive?
All final files are delivered in editable formats (AI, PSD, Figma) and ready for digital use (PNG, JPG, PDF), as needed.
Do you make animations and videos?
We don't currently create animations or videos.
What don't you do?
SOY focuses on static and practical digital materials. We do not work with: videos and audiovisual editing, 3D modeling and animation, motion graphics and complex animations, extremely detailed vector illustrations, extensive editorial design (magazines, complete books), Adobe InDesign projects, or physical packaging.
